To obtain this ticket you will need to bring with you an official document or a combination of documents which shows your name, current address and signature; a driving licence is ideal. It is not necessary to make an appointment in advance of your visit. If you know the references for documents you wish to consult, you can order up to four items in advance so they are ready when you arrive; 48 hours notice would be helpful.
