The Jura Development Trust initiated the project and it was delivered by a part-time project officer and a steering group of 8 volunteers aged 15 - 83. In total, there are 91 interviews with the island's extended community, 20 ad hoc recordings taken at events or locations around the island, & 8 Gaelic language recordings from a simultaneous side-project 'Guthan Dhiura' funded by Bord na Gaidhlig. There are also 21 tracks of vintage audio/AV that were digitised during the project. About 100 of our recorded interview master tracks (22% in terms of the file sizes) are not currently published.
